* can be shot on DV but must be good quality. Abstract, narrative driven, anything GOOD will be considered
What the filmmaker gets:
*a license fee for a 6 month non exclusive non theatrical license agreement (no rights retained)
*their film on plasma screens in up to 120 bars and clubs - so squillions of eyes watching their art!
