After the success of this year's early British Academy Film and TV Awards ceremony, the organisers have again decided to place it before the Oscars.
Sponsored by Orange next year's awards will be held on February 24 with the Oscars at the end of March.
BAFTA's last year included Stephen Daldry for Best British Film, Pawel Pawlikowski for Best British Newcomer and the award for Outstanding Contribution to British Cinema went, justifiably, to the brilliant casting director, Mary Selway.
