Screen returned to The Production Show this month
at London's Olympia with a bigger and even more
innovative stand.
On the stand was the very latest in cutting edge
digital technology in the shape of cyberbabe, TMmy,
the digitally animated pop star/ presenter who welcomed
visitors to the show. Designed by Digital Animation
Group the international award winning digital technology
company they created cyberbabe Ananova, the world's
first ever digital newsreader, now employed by Reuters.
TMmy walks, talks, dances and sings. And like
all pop stars she frequently changes her outfits,
makeup and hairstyle!
Ensuring lights, camera, action on the Scottish
Screen stand will be Lee Lighting Scotland, Panavision
Scotland and PDG Helicopters, the leading aerial
film company in Scotland. Also on the stand; Digital
Bridges one of the UK's foremost total wireless
entertainment service providers and Arnold Clark
Cars, who provide any type of vehicle from vintage
to totally space age. Also on Stand 420 was
Savalas Sound Design, creators of fully integrated
and individually designed film and television soundtracks,
and Ecosse World Express, Scotland's leading film
and television logistics company.
Representing Scotland in the Locations Village was
three of the country's busiest film offices. Edinburgh
Film Focus, South West Scotland Screen Commission
and the Highlands and Islands Film Commission.
