Moonstone International has appointed Tara Halloran to the post of managing director, to succeed Claire Scally, who has who has joined PACT as their New Media Executive.

Tara has long experience of working in the film and television sector, mostly recently as Operationa Manager at the national screen training body in Ireland, Screen Training Ireland.

John McGrath, Moonstone International’s Artistic Director, commenting on the new appointment said: "While I am sad to see Claire Scally move, as people do during a career, I am delighted to welcome another Irish woman, Tara Halloran, whom I know well from her work at Screen Training Ireland. She brings a wealth of experience, a great enthusiasm for the job and she has the real Moonstone spirit. I hope she will have a long and happy time with. us."
