The second Galloway Video Challenge is taking place in Kirkcudbright, SW
Scotland on 7-9 September. 

It's a 24-hour video-making competition, max
length four minutes, with three cash prizes of GBP1,000 each.  And it's
completely free to competitors, who will get plenty of opportunities to
network, party, and get some critical feedback on their work. 

Judges include Paddy Higson (producer, Antonine Films) and Troy Kennedy-Martin
(screenwriter of The Italian Job, Edge of Darkness).
