The 15th Raindance Film Festival Open For Submissions

Raindance, the UK's largest independent film festival, is now accepting submissions for its fifteenth anniversary edition. They welcome shorts and features of all genres from anywhere in the world. The festival dates have been set for 26th September to 7th October 2007 and they will be accepting submissions until 1st June 2007. To save on submission fees, submit your film before 1st May.

Human Film's Ahlaam picks up Golden Globe Foreign Language nod

Mohamed Al Daradji's Ahlaam which is Iraq's entry for next year's Academy Awards has been announced as one of 56 films pre-selected for the Golden Globes Foreign Language Film prize.
